How We Calculate Signals
No black box. Here's exactly how our signals are generated.
The Core Principle
Most technical indicators are highly correlated—when price moves up, RSI, MACD, and moving averages all tend to agree. That's not real confirmation.
We use three truly independent information sources: price action, market participation (volume), and sentiment/momentum (strength). When 2 of 3 agree, we have a signal. When they disagree, we stay neutral.
The 3-Indicator Model
Trend
What it measures: Where is price relative to its recent history?
How we calculate: Price vs 20-day moving average (MA20).
Volume
What it measures: How much conviction is behind the move?
How we calculate: Current volume vs 20-day average volume.
Why volume matters: Price can move on thin volume, but those moves often reverse. High volume = real commitment from market participants.
Strength
What it measures: Momentum and sentiment extremes.
How we calculate: Varies by asset class:
| Asset Class | Indicator | Bullish | Bearish |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crypto | Funding Rate | Negative (shorts pay) | High positive |
| Stocks | RSI (14) | <30 (oversold) | >70 (overbought) |
| Forex | RSI (14) | <30 (oversold) | >70 (overbought) |
Confluence Logic
The final signal is determined by majority agreement:
We also show confluence strength: "3/3 bullish" = high confidence, "2/3 bullish" = moderate.
Data Sources
We pull real-time data from industry-standard APIs:
Limitations
We believe in transparency. Here's what our signals can't do:
- • No timing: Signals indicate direction, not when the move will happen. A bullish signal might take days or weeks to play out.
- • No magnitude: We don't predict how far price will move, only the likely direction.
- • Black swan events: Technical indicators can't predict sudden news, hacks, or regulatory actions.
- • Past performance: Historical accuracy doesn't guarantee future results. See our performance page for real numbers.

Why Telegram? Because markets don't wait.
Email is too slow. Apps need checking. Telegram pings your phone the moment signals update. Free channel = daily bias. VIP adds real-time discussion + whale alerts + AI debates.
